Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Compliance with National Standards

Consideration of this application will be on condition that the applicant satisfies the County government that he or she is capable of complying with national Standards and any other legal requirements.

2. Submission of Supporting Documentation

The dealer shall produce such documentary evidence as requested to support the statements made above.

3. Payment of Dues

A dealer shall pay all dues to the licensing Authority before his application can be considered.

4. Approval or Rejection of Application

The licensing Authority has the right to approve or reject this application. In case of rejection reasons will be given and the applicant can reapply.
